EtahaEtaha initiative was launched by EBI to support creating a diversified working environment and act as a link between people with special needs searching for job opportunities and the banking sector. Applicants register their data & experiences profile on the initiative’s online platform and after passing a series of assessments and an online training program to enhance their career growth skills their data is shared with the human resources departments in the Egyptian banking sector for potential employment opportunities |
